  • RevOps system implementation (including GoHighLevel setups)

  • Strategy consulting and ongoing optimization


The scope of work is defined in your proposal or written agreement.


Client Responsibilities


You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information needed to deliver services

  • Participate in scheduled calls or strategy sessions

  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

  • Maintain access to necessary tools, platforms, or accounts


Delays in response may impact timelines.


Payments


All fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may pause or terminate services.


Intellectual Property


All frameworks, systems, templates, and materials created by HamiltonGrowth remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.


You receive a license to use the delivered systems for your business.


Confidentiality


Both parties agree to keep all non-public business information confidential.


Limitation of Liability


We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages


Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.


Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, unless otherwise defined in your specific engagement.

Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.


SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from HamiltonGrowth related to our services and communications as described at the point of consent.


You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
