Refund Policy

Due to the strategic and done-for-you nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.


This includes:

  • Strategy sessions

  • Messaging and offer development

  • CRM and automation setup

  • Outreach system build

  • Optimization and consulting


If you need to reschedule a strategy session, we’re happy to accommodate with reasonable notice.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel ongoing services with written notice according to your agreement.


Upon cancellation:

  • Work already completed remains payable

  • Access to systems, automations, or deliverables may be paused or withdrawn

  • No refunds are issued for past payments


Service Guarantee

If you have a performance guarantee in your proposal (example: “30 days without qualified leads = full rebuild”), that guarantee applies only as described in your written agreement.


Refunds are not part of the performance guarantee.
