A Growth Engine is your end-to-end client acquisition system: positioning, offer, messaging, outreach cadence, and the process of generating leads and turning them into clients. We build it with you, then teach you to run it.
Plan on ~6/8 hours a week in months 1–2 (build phase), and ~4/6 hours a week thereafter (operate phase). Most of the heavy build happens on our side, you bring your expertise and your voice.
